Although we work very hard to prevent errors when filling orders, mistakes may occur. If we do ship the wrong product to you or fail to ship a product in a package, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows. CrystalGenics.com will verify that an item has been left out of a package by replacing the original order and comparing what the weight should have been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.

CRYSTALGENICS EVOLVE SYRINGE WARRANTY

Evolve syringe and tip retainer system warranty is for 36 months with a product life of 5 years under proper use and handling. If you purchased your CrystalGenics syringe directly on crystalgenics.com, your syringe warranty will start the day your order is invoiced. If you purchased your CrystalGenics syringe system from a third-party (distributor), you must register your syringe on crystalgenics.com within 30 days of receiving. If you do not register your syringe on crystalgenics.com your warranty is null and void. No exceptions. Any unauthorized manipulation or modification of the syringe and/or retainer system will immediately void the warranty and exonerate CrystalGenics, Starz Westside Holdings, Inc., and its affiliates from all liability for injury or damage to equipment, persons or animals that may be caused by such modifications, manipulations, or improper use of CrystalGenics Evolve. No exceptions.

Warranty covers the product functionality and excludes any labor and installation or removal costs. Warranty covers any device manufacturing defects and is limited solely to the replacement of defective parts. Warranty does not cover dents, scratches or wear and tear of the syringe/syringe sleeves from daily use and autoclaving. Warranty does not cover dropping the syringe. Evolve uses a factory-installed tip retainer to be used only with the CrystalGenics single-use tips. Any modification of tip retainer to use proprietary tips will automatically void any warranty. No exceptions.

Placing syringe sleeve, syringe body, or tip retainer assembly into any cleaning solution will void all warranties. CrystalGenics sleeves and retainer assembly can be disinfected with a cleaning wipe and then placed into a thermo-disinfector or steam autoclave. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Collin County, TX United States.

EXCHANGE SYRINGE PROGRAM

To qualify for the Exchange Syringe Program, you must purchase a minimum of one syringe kit. This includes an Intro Kit, a Pro Syringe Kit, a Mega Kit or Mega Syringe Kit. The Exchange Syringe Program is a 1:1 syringe exchange. For every CrystalGenics syringe you purchase, you may ONLY exchange one branded air/water syringe. A customer cannot exchange syringe without completing the Exchange Syringe form on crystalgenics.com. Syringes received without a completed exchange syringe form will not receive credit for received syringe(s). Syringe(s) received must be an approved branded air/water syringe as described on the syringe exchange form. If a non-branded syringe is received, no credit will be issued. No exceptions. Syringes Starz Westside Holdings, CrystalGenics, and any of their affiliates are not responsible for lost shipments that are not received in approved shipping addresses. Any lost shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer and the shipping agent to resolve. When shipping your personal syringe for exchange, please ensure you have put the correct shipping details. Any errors in shipping location is the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE FOR FREE PROGRAM

CrystalGenics Evolve will exchange for free up to 1440 of your current single-use tip inventory per office for our CrystalGenics Tips. To qualify for the exchange, your current single-use tips must be an approved branded tip in sealed (unopened) bags. Please see the Exchange For Free page for more details. If non-branded single-use tips are received, no exchange will be completed. No exceptions. Only approved and branded single-use tips qualify for the tip exchange. Starz Westside Holdings, CrystalGenics, or any of their associated affiliates are not liable for lost shipments or shipping disputes. All shipping disputes are the responsibility of the shipper and shipping agent. No exceptions.

MATERIAL CLAIMS

CrystalGenics Tips use materials that compost only when disposed of at an industrial or municipal composting facility. The tips will NOT compost in conventional landfills. Conditions present in industrial and municipal composting facilities break down the tip naturally using heat, air, water and light. Customers should seek more information from their local composting facilities. Even if material is incinerated or thrown away in standard receptacles. The tip materials use no petroleum in its production, meaning no fossil fuels are wasted in the production process. ASTM D6400 has certified materials used in the CrystalGenics Tip production.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, crystalgenics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Crystalgenics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, crystalgenics.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Crystalgenics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Crystalgenics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

FINANCING TERMS

Crystalgenics.com offers a free financing option that is available to use for all products on the store EXCEPT for the CrystalGenics Tips. The CrystalGenics Tips will be paid in full upon placing any order, even when order is financed. When financing, two forms of payment will be required. If you do not have two forms of payment, you will not have the ability to finance. The primary credit card will be the card that is used for payments. Your secondary credit card will be used ONLY if the primary card does not work or is denied for payment. There is no interest charged for financing. When you submit a financed order, your card will be charged once a month until the payment owed is paid in full. The duration of the financing is selected by you during the checkout process. By accepting the terms & conditions for your financed order, you authorize your credit card to be charged once a month for the duration of the selected financing terms. If you feel your credit card is being charged incorrectly, please contact us via the cystalgenics.com contact page. All sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final and all products sold by crystalgenics.com are sold in new condition to the buyer. Any damages due to transit/shipping must be reported to the shipping company. Any items that are rejected by customers and sent back to us will not be accepted, unless it is approved by crystalgenics.com beforehand and sender has received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Prices may change without notice. Credit card cancellation transactions are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT

Following are the only acceptable payment methods for products purchased on crystalgenics.com: Visa, Master Card, and Discover ONLY. Products will be shipped within 48 hours of credit card approval. Credit Cards will not be charged unless product is in inventory and is ready to be shipped within 48 hours.

SALES TAXES

Crystalgenics.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other level taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
